Costita afumata la cuptor
Am gasit ieri o reteta pentru costita la cuptor.
Ingrediente: 1 kg de costita afumata, sare, piper, 2 cepe taiate rondele, 1 lingura rasa de zahar 1 lingura otet, bulion sau suc de rosii.
Cum am procedat?
Am fiert costita vreo 5 minute si am taiat-o felii mai groase.
Am facut un sos: bulion, otet, sare , zahar, piper si apa, cat sa rezulte o compozitie nu prea groasa, ca o smantana mai subtire.
Am tavalit feliile de costita prin acest sos si am pus toata compozitia intr0un vas termorezsitent.
Deasupra am pus ceapa taita rondele si am dat totul la cuptor pana s-a rumenit costita si ceapa.
Am servit alaturi de cartofi Hasselback.
