		<title>Musaca moldoveneasca</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pentru ca sotul meu s-a saturat de chiftelute, de piftii si sarmale el nu mananca decat de Craciun, am cautat o reteta care sa contina carne tocata.</p>
<p>Am dat peste o reteta de musaca moldoveneasca pe care v-o prezint si voua. Eu scriu cantitatile folosite de mine.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:  500 gr carne tocata (eu de data asta am avut doar de vita, poate fi combinata, vita+ porc), 1 kg de cartofi, 2-3 cepe medii (eu am folosit ceapa verde), sare, piper, boia, o lingura unt, 2 linguri smantana.</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am curatat cartofii, i-am taiat cubulete si i-am pus la fiert. Am adaugat si sare in apa.</p>
<p>Intre timp, m-am ocupat de carne.</p>
<p>Am taiat ceapa si am pus-o la calit</p>

<p>Am adaugat carnea, sarea, piperul, boiaua de ardei dulce si lasat carnea la prajit, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>Dupa ce au fiert cartofii, i-am pasat ca pentru pireu, am adaugat untul si smantana.</p>

<p>Intr-un vas de yena, am pus un strat de cartofi, un strat de carne si am incheiat cu cel de cartofi. Daca faceti o cantitate mai mare, puteti avea mai multe straturi de carne si cartofi. Trebuie insa ca ultimul strat sa fie de cartofi.</p>

<p>Peste ultimul strat de cartofi se pune branza rasa si se da la cuptor pentru 15-20 de minute.</p>

<p>Poza de final. Eu am gresit pentru ca am facut un pireu cam moale, nu a iesit chiar atat de aspectoasa, dar a fost gustoasa.</p>

<p>Am respectat aceeasi <a href="http://andreea.dorobantu.name/?s=mucenici">reteta </a>ca si anul trecut dar dupa ce i-am scos din cuptor, i-am scufundat intr-un <strong>sirop</strong>.</p>
<p>Sirop format din: apa, zahar si miere. Ca si proportii am folosit 2 cani de apa de 250 gr, 4 linguri de zahar si vreo 3 linguri de miere. I-am tinut in sirop cam 5-10 minute, si doar apoi am presarat nuca.</p>

<p>Painea am inmuiat-o in apa si am stros-o bine bine.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, am amestecat carnea cu ceapa, morcovul, usturoiul, am adaugat painea, ouale, sare, piper si verdeata.</p>

<p>Compozitia astfel obtinuta se modeleaza dupa preferinte, reteta originala spune ca formele trebuie sa fie alungite.</p>

<p>In seara asta chiar nu aveam nici un chef de nimic (a nu se intelege ca nu aveam chef de gatit, ca si iubi vroia sa ma scoata la restaurant).Nu stiam ce sa gatesc si am dat peste aceasta reteta.Cum nu am mai facut-o pana acum, poc si am scapat de plictiseala.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: piept de pui (pulpe de pui, dezosate sau nu), morcovi, patrunjel, piper, sare, 2 oua (avem nevoie doar de galbenus), smantana, otet, usturoi, 1 ceapa, bors, otet sau lamaie pentru acrit.</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Eu am avut niste pulpe dezosate pe care le-am pus la fiert ieri. Aveam de gand sa le fac la cuptor.Asa ca, astazi doar le-am taiat marunt.</p>
<p>Am taiat morcovii si patrunjelul marunt (daca vreti le puteti da pe razatoare) si am pus legumele la fiert impreuna cu ceapa.</p>

<p>Am adaugat si carnita de pui si am lasat sa fiarba totul 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Intre timp, am amestecat galbenusurile cu smantana (le puteti mixa ).</p>
<p>Ca sa nu se branzeasca ciorba  eu fac asa: iau putina ciorba  din oala- care este fierbinte- si amestec cu smantana, dupa aia torn toata smantana in ciorbita de pe foc.Am adaugat putin otet (puteti adauga si bors). Inainte de a o lua de pe foc am adaugat usutroiul pisat, am amestecat, am lasat sa mai dea un clocot, am presarat patrunjel si gataaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dupa atata pizza cat am mancat in Italia, un bors e o adevarata comoara pentru stomacul nostru.</p>
<p>Ieri am primit un pui de casa si m-am gandit sa fac un  bors si din pulpe fripturica</p>
<p>Asadar, reteta pentru bors</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: pulpe de pui, aripi, spate, gat (ce vreti voi), legume: morcovi, patrunjel, telina, gulie,cartof, smantana, 2 galbenuse de oua, bors, sare, piper, cimbru, orez (eu nu am pus), rosii</p>
<p>Cum am procedat?</p>
<p>Am pus puiul la fiert si am spumuit ce era de spumuit. L-am lasat sa fiarba la foc mic si intre timp am curatat toate legumele si le-am taiat marunt.</p>

<p>Dupa ce au fiert si legumele am adaugat rosiile taiate marunt.Am adaugat o cana de 250 ml de bors si am lasat sa fiarba inca 5 minute,</p>
<p>Intr-un castronas, am amestecat galbenusurile cu smantana, am luat 2 polonice de ciorbita si le-am amestecat cu smantana. De ce am facut asa? sa nu se branzeasca ciorbita daca as fi pus smantana fara sa o amestec.</p>
<p>La final se adauga patrunjel tocat marunt, eu nu am avut si nu am vrut sa pun uscat.</p>
