		<title>Chiftelute marinate</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Am avut niste carne tocata si am vrut sa incerc sa fac  si altceva decat chiftelute sau parjoale. Asa ca, de data asta m-am inspirat de la Laura si am facut chiftelute marinate. Ingrediente: 500 gr carne tocata (eu am avut doar carne de porc, dar poate si fi combinata, porc cu vita sau pui [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Am avut niste carne tocata si am vrut sa incerc sa fac  si altceva decat chiftelute sau parjoale. Asa ca, de data asta m-am inspirat de la <a href="http://adamache-laura.blogspot.com" target="_blank">Laura</a> si am facut chiftelute marinate.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: 500 gr carne tocata (eu am avut doar carne de porc, dar poate si fi combinata, porc cu vita sau pui ), 2 cepe medii, 2 catei de usturoi, sare, piper, 4 felii de paine, patrunjel  verde.</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am facut compozitia pentru chiftelute: am tocat ceapa (eu am folosit ceapa verde), am tocat usturoiul, painea am inmuiat-o in apa si am stors-o bine bine si toate acestea le-am amestecat cu carnea.</p>
<p>Compozitia am lasat-o la rece pentru 30 de minute. Nu stiam acest secret:) si voi tine cont de el si pentru parjoale.</p>

<p>Am format chiftelutele, le-am dat prin faina si le-am prajit bine pe ambele parti. Pe un alt site, am gasit ca le putem da si prin pesmet, voi incerca data viitoare sa le dau prin pesmet, nu prin faina.</p>

<p>Intre timp, m-am ocupat de sos pe care nu l-am facut exact cum l-a facut Laura.</p>
<p>Pentru <strong>sos </strong>avem nevoie de : bulion, apa, usturoi, 1 lingura rasa de zahar.</p>
<p>Am pus la calit usturoiul, am adaugat bulionul dizolvat cu apa, zaharul si am lasat sa fiarba la foc incet. Daca doriti, puteti adauga si faina, va iesi mai gros.</p>

<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am batut carnea de porc bine de tot si am condimentat-o.</p>
<p>Am calit ceapa cu ciupercile si am lasat sa scada.</p>

<p>Am uns fiecare bucata de carne cu aceasta umplutura si am rulat carnea. Am prins-o cu scobitori.</p>
<p>Intr-0 tava am adaugat putin ulei, apa, ceapa, usturoi si am asezat bucatile de carne. Am dat totul la cuptor pana s-a rumenit frumos, cam 45 de minute.</p>

<p>Pieptul de porc trebuie pus la marinat inainte de a-l gati.</p>

<p>Eu l-am facut la tava, l-am lasat 20 de minute pe o parte, dupa care l-am intors si pe partea cealalta.</p>
<p>La fel de bine poate fi facut si pe gratar.</p>

<p>Deasupra am pus ceapa taita rondele si am dat totul la cuptor pana s-a rumenit costita si ceapa.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: 600 gr carne de porc, 2 oua, amidon, sare, piper, 2 legaturi de ceapa verde, 3 capatani de usturoi (eu am folosit usturoi verde), 1 pahar bulion, 1 lingura zahar brun(eu nu am avut, asa ca am folosit de cel alb)</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am batut ouale si le-am amestecat cu amidonul, sarea si piperul</p>

<p>Se trece carnea prin acest amestec si se pune la prajit in ulei</p>

<p>I</p>
<p>Intre timp, am taiat ceapa rondele, la fel am facut si cu usturoiul si am pus totul la calit. Deasupra am adaugat bulionul, o lingura de zahar si un pahar de apa.</p>
<p>Am lasat sa fiarba totul cam 20 de minute, pana a scazut.</p>
<p>Am servit alaturi de macaroane, peste care am turnat acest sos.</p>
