<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong> 4 bucati de ceafa de porc (puteti folosi si pulpa de porc), 150 gr sunca presata (eu am folosit sunca de casa), ulei de masline, cipuerci (eu nu am folosit), 1 lingura faina, 1-2 linguri de bulion, sare, piper, 1-2 catei de usturoi ( eu am folosit vreo 4), 50 gr de unt, patrunjel</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am pun untul la incins intr-o tigaie si am pus carnea la prajit.</p>

<p>Intre timp am curatat usturoiul si l-am tocat marunt.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a prajit bine carnea pe ambele parti, am pus putin ulei intr-o tigaie. Intr-un castron am amestecat faina cu bulionul si putina apa  si am adaugat totul peste uleiul incins amestecand bine. Am pus sare si piper, am adaugat bucatile de carne si usturoiul si am lasat sa fiarba totul cateva minute.</p>

<p>Intr-o alta craticioara am pus la incins putin ulei si am adaugat sunca la prajit. Tot acum, in cazul in care faceti cu ciuperci le adaugati si lasati totul sa fiarba cateva minute, iar apoi se adauga totul peste carne si mai lasam la fiert sa se imbine toate aromele.</p>

<p>La final se adauga patrunjel tocat, eu nu am avut asa ca nu am pus nimic.</p>

<p>Puteti servi cu piure de cartofi, cartofi natur, spaghete, merge chiar si mamliguta.</p>
