<p>Am trecut ciupercile printr-un jet de apa rece si le-am taiat marunt.</p>

<p>Intr-un vas de yena, am pus unt si am amestecat ciupercile, cu bucatile de cascaval si cu ardeii si am pus totul la cuptor pentru 15 minute. Eventual mai puteti pune branza rasa sau cascaval ras inainte de a pune totul la cuptor.</p>

<p>Am taiat painea in cuburi si am inmuiat-o turnand laptele fierbinte peste.</p>

<p>Peste painea maruntita am adaugat ouale batute, patrunjelul tocat, ceapa calita, sare, piper.</p>

<p>Am pus la fiert apa cu sare.</p>
<p>Cand apa a dat in clocot, cu mainile umede am format galusti pe care le-am &#8220;aruncat&#8221; in apa si le-am lasat la fiert la foc incet pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Le-am scos cu spumiera, se scurg bine de apa.</p>
<p>Intre timp, m-am ocupat de ciuperci. Le-am taiat fasiute, am pus la calit ceapa ramasa, am adaugat ciupercile si am calit totul la foc iute.</p>

<p>Cand a scazut zeama lasata de ciuperci, am adaugat supa, am condimentat cu sare, piper sau vegeta. Am adaugat smantana si am lasat sa fiarba totul pana s-a ingrosat sosul.</p>
<p>Am aseazt pe un platiu galustile si langa ele sosul de cipuerci.</p>
<p>Un deliciu!</p>

<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am pus cartofii taiati si curatati la fiert in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>Intre timp, am spalat ciupercile si le-am tocat marunt. Eu am folosit ciuperci din conserva.</p>
<p>Intr-o craticioara, am pus la calit ciupercile cu usturoiul tocat marunt si rosiile si am lasat sa fiarba totul cam aproximativ 20 de minute. Am mai adaugat un pahar de apa sa nu se prinda.</p>
<p>Dupa ce au fiert cartofii, i-am pasat cu o furculita si i-am pus intr-o tava in cuptorul incins sa se usuce (am aprins cuptorul cu aproximativ 10 minute inainte).</p>
<p>Am pus la foc mic cartofii cu untul si am amestecat.</p>

<p>Rezulta o crema moale.</p>
<p>Cum nu am avut spritz, am taiat o punga intr-un colt si am format niste cercuri duble pe hartia de copt din tava.</p>

<p>Le-am uns cu un galbenus amestecat cu lapte si am pus tava in  cuptor pana s-a rumenit,aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Am umplut fiecare cosulet cu umplutura de ciuperci si am presarat deasupra bucatele de cascaval.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ma bucur foarte mult de timpul pe care il mai am liber pentru a incerca diverse retete de pe alte bloguri culinare, si asta inainte de a veni sezonul in turism. De ce? pentru ca atunci voi avea foarte mult de lucru, atat la agentie cat si acasa si mai mult ca sigur nu voi mai avea atat de mult timp pentru pasiunea mea.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong> carne pentru snitel, (eu am folosit cotelt dar cred ca la fel de bine merge si cu ceafa), ciuperci, sare, piper,  o ceapa,  2 ardei grasi, 250 ml supa de carne, 1 ceasca de bulion, apa, 1 lingura faina (eu am pus 3), 100 gr smantana (eu am pus mai mult de 100 grame)</p>
<p><strong>Cum am procedat?</strong></p>
<p>Am batut snitelele, le-am condimentat si le-am pus la prajit in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Intre timp, am taiat ceapa si ardeiul bucatele si le-am pus la calit in cateva linguri de ulei. Am amestecat continuu sa nu se prinda. Dupa vreo 2 minute am adaugat si cipuercile si am lasat totul sa se inmoaie la foc mic.</p>
<p>Intre timp s-a prajit si carnea pe care am pastrat-o la cald.</p>

<p>Dupa cateva minute am adaugat bulionul si supa de carne si am lasat sa fiarba totul cam 10 minute.Am adaugat sare si piper.</p>
<p>Intr-un castronas am adaugat smantana si faina, si am turnat peste ciuperci si ardei amestecand incet sa nu se prinda cam 3-4 minute.</p>
<p>Am scos carnea pe o farfurie si am turnat sosul peste ea.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Acum 2 seri am facut tocanita de cipuerci cu smantana.Din pacate nu am poza pentru ca iubi meu a fost prea rapid si eu nu am apucat sa fac poze.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: o cutie de ciuperci, 2 cepe micute, ulei (o lingura am pus eu), 2 cani de faina, 300 gr de smantana mai slaba, apa (eu am pus la 2 cani de faina o cana si putin de apa ), patrunjel pentru ornat.</p>
<p><strong>Cum am facut?</strong>Am spalat ciupercile sub un jet de apa rece, le-am lasat in strecuratoare sa se scurga bine timp in care am curatat ceapa cat mai marunt am putut.Am incins uleiul, am pus ceapa la calit, dupa cateva minute am adaugat ciupercile taiare marunt si le-am calit impreuna cateva minute.Am adaugat un pahar de apa si le-am lasat sa fiarba putin (vreo 15 minute, dar cred ca si 10 sunt suficiente).</p>
<p>Am pregatit sosul alb din faina si apa , nu foarte gros pentru ca oricum cand il puneti peste ciuperci se mai ingorasa si l-am adaugat peste ciuperci.Am amestecat cateva minute iar la sfarsit am adaugat smantana si am lasat sa fiarba putin, cat sa dea in clocot.</p>
<p>La final am pus deasupra patrunjel.Eu am servit cu pireu de cartofi, dar merge si mai bine cu mamaliguta.</p>
