Cartofi copti cu sos de iaurt sau smantana

Ingrediente: un kg de cartofi, 3 catei de usturoi, sare, smantana (eu nu am folosit iaurt), putin ulei
Cum am procedat?
In primul si primul rand am spalat cartofii bine bine.Dupa care, i-am invelit frumusel in staniol


I-am tinut la cuptor 40 de minute. Am verificat daca sunt copti cu furculita, daca a trecut usor prin ei inseamna ca sunt gata.
Intre timp, am curatat usturoiul, l-am pisat, l-am amestecat cu un praf de sare si ulei bine de tot. La sfarsit am adaugat smantana.
Am servit alaturi de ceafa de porc la cuptor.
